LEGAL
Terms of Service
Last updated 24 September 2026
Draft under legal review. Questions: privacy@withluff.com
These terms are between you and Lanvex Technologies W.L.L. ("Lanvex"), Kingdom of Bahrain, and cover Luff Enterprise Studio and withluff.com.
Trial
Each Mac can use the app for 14 days without an account or payment.
Plans and billing
- Plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, through Paddle.com, our merchant of record and reseller.
- Paddle adds sales tax or VAT where your country requires it and issues your invoices.
- You can cancel at any time from the customer portal. Your plan stays active to the end of the paid period.
Licence
- A licence is issued for one Mac, identified by the machine ID you give us, and is valid through your paid period.
- Renewals deliver a fresh licence key to your portal.
- Each plan may be moved between Macs up to two times per calendar year, counting the first Mac.
- Keep your licence key private. It is for your own use on the Mac it was issued for.
What you bring
The app needs your own Claude subscription and the Claude Code CLI. Your use of Claude, and of OpenRouter if you add a key, is governed by your agreements with those providers. Lanvex pays no model costs and holds none of your keys.
Your work
The applications, source code and data you create with the app belong to you. Nothing you build depends on the studio's licence to keep running.
Warranty and liability
You review and approve each milestone before it proceeds. To the extent the law allows, the software is provided as is, and Lanvex's liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
